All purchases made through Ink & Soul are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been completed.
This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to printed magazines, subscriptions, digital products, and merchandise.
Exchanges for Incorrect Items Only
The only circumstance under which an exchange will be offered is if you receive an item different from what you ordered.
To qualify for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Clear photos of the incorrect item must be provided
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent.
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange (except in the case of receiving an incorrect item):
- Printed magazines
- Subscriptions
- Digital products (PDFs, planners, companions, downloads)
- Sale or promotional items
- Any merchandise once delivered correctly

Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Once delivered, digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Ink & Soul is not responsible for:
- Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages returned to sender due to address errors
Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Ink & Soul is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or lost in transit:
- Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information
- We are happy to assist with carrier inquiries when possible
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
Damage claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Approved claims may result in an exchange only, not a refund.

International shipping times and customs processing vary by destination.
